Cancellation policy

How Subscribe & save works
When you choose Subscribe & save, you agree to a recurring order of the products and quantities you selected. It renews automatically at the frequency you picked (every month, every 2 months or every 3 months), and your payment method is charged the subscription price shown at checkout each time a delivery is due, until you cancel. Renewals ship with free standard shipping.

A reminder before every renewal
We email you 3 days before each renewal, with a link to cancel.

Skip, change or cancel any time
Sign in to your account and open Subscriptions to skip a delivery, pause, change how often your order arrives, or cancel. You can also email us at {EMAIL} and we will do it for you. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

When canceling takes effect
Canceling stops all future charges right away. A renewal that was already charged before you canceled still ships, and it is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund policy).

Price changes
If your subscription price ever changes, we will email you before the first renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you want to.
