Where we ship
VUSINA ships to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping options
Standard shipping: free on every order, delivered in 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Priority shipping: delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Its price is shown at checkout in your currency.
Subscription renewals ship with free standard shipping.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Weather, carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can add time. The delivery dates shown on the product page already include processing time.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. You can check your order status any time on our Track your order page.

Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us at {EMAIL} as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has shipped. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are with the carrier.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order arrived damaged, contact us at {EMAIL} with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or send a replacement. If you added Package protection, see our Refund policy for how claims work.
